Job Description

JKey Responsibilities



Assist in

end-to-end recruitment

processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups) Maintain and update

employee records and HR databases

Support in

onboarding and induction

of new employees Assist in preparing

HR letters

(offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.) Coordinate

attendance, leave, and payroll data

Support employee engagement activities and internal communication Assist in HR compliance and policy documentation Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support Prepare reports and MIS as required by the HR team

Eligibility / Requirements



Currently pursuing or recently completed

MBA/(HR), BBA, B.Com, or related field

Basic understanding of

HR functions and labor laws

Good communication skills (written & verbal) Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and Email

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Willingness to learn and take initiative

Skills Required



Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail Interpersonal skills Problem-solving attitude Team player with a positive mindset
