We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team. The intern will assist the HR department with various day-to-day functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation. This internship provides hands-on experience in different HR functions and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment and selection
processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
Help in
onboarding and induction
of new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Support in preparing
offer letters, HR documents, and reports
.
Assist in
employee engagement activities
and internal communication.
Coordinate
attendance, leave management, and HR policies
documentation.
Support in
performance management
and training coordination.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Ability to maintain
confidentiality and professionalism
.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
