Internship Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, client coordination, and HR operations, along with an opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers in MS Excel.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for client requirements.
Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
Available for full-time (in-office) internship in Ghaziabad
Can join from 1st November 2025
Available for a 3-month duration
