Key Responsibilities:



Assist in

sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

for candidates. Support the

onboarding process

by preparing documents, induction materials, and coordinating with new hires. Help maintain and update

HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems

. Participate in

employee engagement activities

and support event coordination. Assist with

attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs

. Prepare and draft

HR letters, reports, and presentations

as required. Conduct basic

research on HR best practices

and contribute ideas for process improvements. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Skills:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and familiar with HR tools/software is a plus. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Eagerness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality.
