We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR intern to be a part of our HR department and provide assistance with administrative tasks. This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Support other assigned functions of the HR department.
