An Leading Startup Cafe chain management needs HR Internship Trainee for their corporate office. Candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative functions. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and general office, administration to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Human Resources:
1) Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
2) Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
3) Support payroll preparation and leave management. Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, overtime tracking, and leave management.
4) Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
5) Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
6) Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in HR & Administration (or fresher with certification in HR/Admin).
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and statutory procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
