Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in

recruitment activities

- sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Help in maintaining

employee records and HR databases

. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Coordinate and assist in

employee engagement activities

and events. Draft and update HR-related documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and notices. Assist in preparing

attendance and leave reports

. Handle basic

HR communication

and follow-up emails. Support payroll and compliance team as required. Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in

Human Resources ( BBA / MBA )

. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn HR processes.
