Make 50+ outbound calls daily to potential candidates
Screen and shortlist at least 5 candidates per day
Recruit for Customer Service roles across India
Clearly explain job responsibilities and interview procedures
Follow up with candidates until successful joining
Coordinate with senior recruiters and HR team
Attend training sessions and submit daily performance reports
Eligibility Criteria
Good verbal communication skills in
Hindi and English
Must have a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
Immediate joiners preferred
Strong interest in HR and recruitment
Commitment to the full 3-month internship (no leaves during this period)
