Job Description

Educational qualification & experience profile:
BBA / MBA / PGDM in HR.

Role Description:
1. Hiring experienced candidates of IT & Business Development streams preferably. Including initial screening, drafting JD's and identifying potential candidates to align interviews.
2. Lead employee engagement activities including responding to employee concerns & queries.
3. Knowledge of maintenance of attendance, leave entries, over time entries and monthly master roll.
4. Drafting employment contracts, letters and executing joining and exit formalities.
5. Take care of daily admin activities and HR operations.

Desired Skills:
1. Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Good hold on MS Excel & PowerPoint
4. Self-motivated & passionate to achieve results
5. Innovative & out of the box thinker
6. Ability to work in a team or individually

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
