Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for
IT and Non-IT positions
Sourcing candidates through
job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles
Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Posting job openings on job portals and social media
Supporting the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed
MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA/Any HR-related course
Strong interest in
HR & Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
