We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our daily HR operations. The role includes assisting in recruitment, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, onboarding support, and helping with HR documentation and reporting. The intern will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and workplace processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain HR databases and employee files
Support onboarding and induction processes
Help in drafting job descriptions and HR documents
Assist in employee engagement activities
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Requirements:
MBA(HR) pursuing or completed (HR preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Interest in HR operations and recruitment
Ability to multitask and meet timelines
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
