Position: HR Intern (Paid Internship)

This internship is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Conduct initial candidate screening via calls and evaluate suitability Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports Support end-to-end recruitment process and HR operations

Requirements:

Education:

MBA in Human Resources or pursuing final year Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
