Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, update company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle general activities such as attendance, leave tracking, and updating files.
Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and leave policies.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
Oversee office management, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and an organized workspace.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, address employee grievances, and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Safeguard sensitive employee information by maintaining confidentiality and secure storage.
