Parallel Learning is looking for a self-motivated and proactive
HR Intern
to independently handle various HR functions. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, compliance, employee records, and engagement activities. This position is ideal for a candidate with a Master's in HR and a passion for managing HR operations autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Learning & Development:
Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and evaluation forms.
Track training attendance, feedback, and maintain learning records.
Conduct research on new learning tools, methods, and best practices.
Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records management.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
Assist in preparing HR reports and handling day-to-day employee queries.
Employment Details:
Salary Range:
?10,000 - ?15,000 per month.
Work Mode:
Onsite.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.54 - ₹15,000.14 per month
