Assist in drafting and posting job openings on job boards and social media.

2. On-boarding & Off-boarding
Help prepare on boarding kits and orientation materials.
Support HR staff in conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
Collect and verify documentation.
Assist in exit processes, collecting company assets, and conducting exit interviews.
3. HR Documentation & Records Management
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files.
Organize and archive digital and physical HR documents.
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
4. Payroll and Benefits Assistance
Help gather time sheets and leave data for payroll processing.
Assist in benefits enrollment and documentation.
Address basic payroll and benefit queries from employees.
Administrative Support
Answer HR-related queries from employees.
Perform data entry, filing, and general clerical duties.
Attend HR meetings and take notes or minutes.
