Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and HR registers
Help prepare offer letters, experience certificates, and other HR letters
Coordinate with staff for HR-related activities
Support payroll data collection
Assist HR Manager in daily administrative tasks
Requirements
Graduate / pursuing degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication skills
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
