Roles & Responsibilities
Support the recruitment process from start to finish
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Arrange and coordinate interviews
Maintain HR files and basic documents
Help with onboarding and joining procedures
Answer incoming calls politely and professionally
Direct calls or messages to the right team
Provide front office assistance and manage day-to-day admin tasks
Coordinate office activities and support team members
Organize simple office records, emails, and reports
Assist in employee engagement activities
Help the HR department with everyday operations
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related fields
Good communication in
English and Malayalam
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)
Pleasant behavior and good phone handling skills
Must be willing to learn and work from the office in Calicut
