Bengaluru | 6 Months | Hybrid Looking to kickstart your HR career with hands-on exposure in a fast-growing organization? InfinityBox is hiring two HR interns to support our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.

Role 1: HR Intern

- People Operations & Engagement

What you will work on:

Employee engagement initiatives & rewards and recognition programs

Performance management support - KPIs, IDPs, and review cycles

Onboarding coordination, HRIS updates, payroll inputs & HR operations

Day-to-day People Operations supportWho should apply:

MBA/PGDM (HR) students or freshers

Strong communication skills and working knowledge of Excel

High learning agility with a sense of ownership.

Role 2: Non-IT Recruiter InternWhat you will work on:

Candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals

Resume screening and interview coordination

Maintaining hiring trackers, MIS, and candidate databases

Stakeholder coordination and offer follow-ups.

Who should apply:

MBA/PGDM (HR) or graduates keen on recruitment

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
