Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate tracker and recruitment MIS
Onboarding & Documentation
Support end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners
Collect and verify employee documents
Assist in issuing offer letters, joining letters, and maintaining personnel files
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
Ensure timely updating of HR trackers and reports
Employee Engagement
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
Assist in conducting surveys and collecting employee feedback
Compliance & Policies
Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Support in drafting and circulating HR policies and SOPs
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
