About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR operations. It is a great opportunity for individuals who wish to build a strong foundation in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves, attendance, etc.). Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Draft and send HR-related communication (emails, notices, etc.). Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks. Research and contribute ideas for improving HR policies and practices.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

MBA

Human Resources / Business Administration / related field

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
