Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update hiring trackers.
Schedule interviews and provide timely communication to candidates.
Handle documentation for offer letters and pre-joining formalities.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents.
Ensure timely communication and implementation of updated policies.
Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant.
Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
Coordinate with finance/admin teams for HR-related operations.
Manage and update HRMS or internal systems with accurate employee data.
Maintain and analyze HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining necessary records.
