Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate outreach through emails or phone calls.
Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Interview & Selection Process
Assist in preparing interview materials and assessments.
Support HR team in conducting preliminary phone or video interviews.
Collect and organize candidate feedback from interviewers.
Onboarding & Documentation
Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Support in maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records.
Employer Branding & Engagement
Assist with creating recruitment content for social media and career pages.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
Help design and distribute recruitment marketing materials.
HR Administrative Tasks
Provide support in daily HR operations and projects.
Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for review.
Assist in updating HR policies and documentation when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹330,384.65 per year
