Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, including troubleshooting common problems with operating systems, internet connectivity, and antivirus software.
Hardware Management:
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. You may also be asked to perform regular hardware checks and maintain IT asset inventory.
Networking Support:
Help with setting up, monitoring, and maintaining local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). This can include troubleshooting Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP configuration issues.
System Maintenance:
Support daily IT operations, which can involve assisting with system updates, data backups, and user account management.
