Cold Calling Mastery

: Hone your communication skills while reaching out to potential candidates for exciting job opportunities in Germany.

Virtual/Telephonic Interactions

: Coordinate and schedule impactful interactions between senior counselors and candidates, making the experience seamless for both sides.

Follow-Ups & Scheduling

: Ensure smooth communication by following up on meetings between our senior counselors and candidates or their families.

Lead Management

: Be the backbone of our lead management system, ensuring that every lead is tracked, nurtured, and converted properly.

Global Exposure

: Gain firsthand knowledge of how overseas employment works while experiencing a truly international work environment.

English Proficiency

: Strengthen your communication skills as you engage with diverse clients across the globe. English-speaking candidates will have an edge!*
