MindMentorz is a fast-growing chess education brand focused on creating engaging, modern, and relatable content for students and parents. We are looking for a creative young individual to help us build a strong Instagram presence through reels, posts, and short-form videos.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
creative, social-media-savvy individual
(freelance or intern) who can
conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and posts
at our office. This role is ideal for someone in their
early 20s
, preferably a
college student or recent graduate
, who understands Instagram trends and enjoys being on camera and behind the camera.
(Preference: Candidates based in Bangalore. Preference for female candidates, though talent and creativity matter most.)
Key Responsibilities
Come up with
innovative reel ideas
related to chess, learning, kids, parents, coaches, and daily office moments
Shoot Instagram Reels
at the MindMentorz office (mobile shooting is perfectly fine)
Edit short-form videos using tools like
InShot, CapCut, VN, or similar apps
Create engaging
Instagram posts, captions, and stories
Stay updated with
Instagram trends, audio, hooks, and formats
Collaborate with the team to plan weekly or bi-weekly content
Occasionally feature coaches or students (with guidance)
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong understanding of
Instagram Reels and content trends
Creative mindset with the ability to
generate content ideas independently
Comfortable with
shooting videos and basic editing
Good communication skills
Passion for social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Reliability and consistency (even with flexible hours)
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Prior experience managing or growing an Instagram page
Interest in chess, education, or kids' content
On-camera confidence
Knowledge of basic analytics (reach, engagement, hooks)
