Key Responsibilities
Visit
schools, colleges, and coaching centers to introduce and demonstrate our ERP and EdTech solutions, collect requirements, and build long-term relationships.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers like school principals , secretary etc .
Identify and connect with
potential clients, partners, and leads.
Support
business proposals, email campaigns, and marketing presentations.
Conduct
market and competitor research
to identify new opportunities.
Promote company services through
digital and offline marketing strategies.
Maintain client data, follow-ups, and reporting using
CRM tools.
Participate in client calls, demos, and outreach initiatives.
Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to initiate conversations, generate interest, and schedule follow-up meetings.
Client Interaction & Negotiation:
Interact with school principals, administrators, or decision-makers; understand their pain points, present solutions, and support in pricing and contract negotiations.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance and lead-tracking reports; present findings in review meetings with key insights.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking; identify gaps and opportunities for business development. Manage communication with warm leads, schedule demos, and ensure consistent follow-up for better client conversion and retention.
Keep all prospect and lead information up to date in CRM tools or tracking sheets to maintain a clean and active sales pipeline.

Minimum Requirements
Must have
good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of
marketing concepts, business strategies, or sales funnels.
Confidence in handling

and digital marketing tools (Excel, LinkedIn, Email, etc.).
Program Requirements
Minimum
6 hours per day
(flexible with college schedule).
Should be
self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must have
own laptop and stable internet connection.
