Key responsibilities

Installation and configuration:

Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment according to specifications.

Troubleshooting and repair:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware malfunctions and faults in various systems like laptops, desktops, and servers.

Maintenance and testing:

Perform routine maintenance, conduct testing to identify and resolve issues, and assist in repairing electronic board faults.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, inventory, test results, and maintenance activities.

Collaboration and support:

Work with senior engineers and other IT staff to resolve hardware-related issues and provide technical support.

Quality and improvement:

Help improve hardware performance, reliability, and productivity.
