Role: Internship, Business Operations

About the Role

Porter is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Intern to support the business. The intern will be responsible for identifying operational challenges, gathering insights, and proposing actionable solutions to improve business operations. This role provides hands-on experience in business analysis, market research, and process optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify market trends, customer/partner needs, challenges, and operational inefficiencies. Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to understand market trends and opportunities. Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to execute campaigns and initiatives. Develop and propose strategic recommendations to improve Business operations Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite

Soft Skills: Good Communication (written & verbal), Teamwork, Can-do attitude, highly performance driven.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's in Business with all courses completed, major in Marketing/ Economics/ Operations or a related field from a reputed institution.

Work Location:

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Working Days:

weekly 5 days.

Internship Duration:

3 to 6 months
