for fresh MBA/M.Com graduates who are passionate about academics and assessments. As an

Academic Assessor Intern

, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates fairly, maintaining accurate assessment records, and ensuring the quality and integrity of our academic processes--all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

? Administer assessments and provide fair, unbiased evaluations of each candidate's abilities.
? Maintain accurate records of assessment results and candidate progress.
? Prepare detailed reports on assessment outcomes.
? Provide constructive feedback, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
? Ensure integrity, transparency, and reliability in the assessment process.
? Participate in training and standardization sessions for consistency.
? Review and update assessment materials as required.
? Guide candidates through the assessment process with clear communication and support.
? Address candidate questions and concerns promptly.

Requirements

Education:

MBA / M.Com (completed or recently graduated). Strong analytical and communication skills. Passion for academic evaluation, training, and professional development. Attention to detail with a commitment to fairness and accuracy. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
