Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Develop detailed profiles of target customers and stakeholders.
Create detailed profiles of target customers, including business overviews,product/service offerings, priorities, competitors, key stakeholders, and current IT/product partnerships.
Generate business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct SWOT analysis on a need basis to support decision-making.
Assist the Geo Sales team in various sales activities.
Support marketing campaigns, event planning, and other company-level activities.
Plan and publish LinkedIn posts and campaigns highlighting CSL's healthcare and AI work.
Research target audiences and map prospects on LinkedIn / CRM.
Support content creation, email outreach, and campaign tracking.
Prepare marketing decks, case studies, and proposals for presales.
Report key metrics like impressions, engagement, and lead quality.
Primary Skills:
Strong written and communication skills (LinkedIn content focus).
Understanding of B2B / regulated industry marketing.
Research and data-tracking ability.
MS Office / Canva / Google Suite proficiency
Secondary Skills
Basic understanding of B2B or IT marketing
Coordination & time-management abilities
Creative eye for design and storytelling
Potential for Permanent Employment
