ProGetters is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Recruiter Intern
to support our growing recruitment operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn end-to-end hiring and build a strong foundation in HR.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding activities and HR documentation.
Support the HR team in employer branding and other HR initiatives.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
Familiarity with MS Office and professional email etiquette.
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
Graduate/Undergraduate pursuing HR, Management, or related fields.
Freshers welcome. Previous HR internship experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
