We are a USA based logistics company, also working on an innovative IT project - a Transport Management System (TMS) for the US logistics industry. We are looking for a motivated
HR & Admin Intern
to join our Bangalore office and support our HR & recruitment processes and look after Administration. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR practices in both logistics and IT startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Draft HR letters, policies, and internship agreements.
Coordinate with teams for attendance, leave, and employee engagement activities.
Research HR trends & suggest improvements in HR processes.
Handle Administrative responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
Graduate/Undergraduate student pursuing HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR tools (LinkedIn, job portals, MS Office/Google Workspace).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
