We are looking for an enthusiastic

Customer Support Intern

with a background in

Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management

to join our team,As part of our support team, the intern will communicate with clients, provide software training, and help customers effectively use our logistics software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate with customers to understand their logistics process and provide suitable software support. Train new customers on how to use our logistics software and explain key features. Provide basic technical support and guidance to users regarding software usage.

Required Qualifications:



Completed Diploma or Degree in

Shipping & Logistics

,

Supply Chain Management

, or related field. Basic understanding of logistics processes and documentation. Interest or experience in using software tools or ERP systems. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
