We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the US healthcare system, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis
: Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the US healthcare industry.
Lead Generation
: Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
Client Engagement
: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders.
Proposal Development
: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Sales Strategy
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
Partnership Development
: Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, vendors, and other relevant organizations to expand the company's reach and influence.
Negotiation & Closing
: Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. Provide regular reports to management.
Industry Knowledge
: Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the US healthcare market.
Experience
:
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the US healthcare industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships.
Experience with healthcare technology, medical billing, or RCM services is highly desirable.
Skills
:
Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, including providers, payers, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
