Good Communication Skills (Spoken & Written) Should be dynamic and able to adapt quick changes Managing high volumes of outbound calls in a timely manner Good Typing speed -30-40 words per minute with an accuracy of at least 90% Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively Willingness to work in night shifts/US shift Should be flexible and willing to invest additional hours at work as and when required Should be a team-player and willing to contribute to team goals over individual performance, as and when required Identify and resolve exceptional queries Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements Should have basic knowledge on MS Office
