team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls from US customers and providing excellent support while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Maintain proper call documentation and customer records
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
international voice process experience (US process preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in
US night shifts
Customer-focused attitude with professional behavior
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in customer support / call center / BPO
Experience handling US customers
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
