Job Title: Customer Service Representative - US Process || Pune

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inbound inquiries related to travel bookings, including flights and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries via voice, chat, or email . Provide high-quality customer service while adhering to company guidelines. Communicate effectively and maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers at all times.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate fresher eligible. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Salary:

Up to ₹25,000 in-hand.
