Customer Support - International Voice Process (US] and

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Shift: Rotational US shifts (5 days working, 2 days off)

Transport: 2-way cab (up to 20 km radius)

Eligibility:

Education: PUC / Graduate

Experience:

Freshers: Excellent English communication required

Experienced: Minimum 1 year in international voice process (No domestic or non-voice experience)

Salary:

Freshers: ₹17K-?22K in hand

Experienced: ₹25K-?30K in hand (based on interview performance)

Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Strong customer service skills
