Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international calls with clarity and professionalism
Address customer queries and provide accurate product or service information

Maintain call logs and update customer records as per process guidelines
Adhere to quality, compliance, and performance standards
Coordinate with team leaders to improve service delivery
Candidate Requirements
Excellent command of the English language
