International Voice Support Associates (Technical)
for one of our major IT clients in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for international customers seeking assistance with products, applications, and services. This role involves providing real-time technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional support to customers through
phone, email, and chat
.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
software, hardware, networking, and application functionality
.
Understand customer queries, diagnose problems, and guide users through technical steps.
Collaborate with internal teams when required to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain high levels of
customer satisfaction
and follow support quality standards.
Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of
operating systems
(Windows, macOS; Linux preferred).
Excellent
English communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle international customers professionally.
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.
