Job Description
We are hiring for female Customer Support Executive for an international process. Candidates having experience in BPO can apply for this. 1. The entire process would be outbound where Candidates would be engaged to conduct outbound calls on given database and generate inquiries. 2. The Candidates would speak as per the information provided by the client in a structured manner so that desired business results are achieved. 3. Operation timing would be between 11.00AM to 8.00PM for 5 days (Mon - Fri) in a week. 4. All calls would be made by a professional Call Management Software provided by client. 5. There would be a daily sharing of MIS pertaining to Agents\' performance. 6. Each CSE would be given access to the CRM provided by the client. Language required: Fluent english Location: Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad Salary: As per company norms
