We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
International Voice Sales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
international voice-based sales processes
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships across global markets. This role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls to international clients to generate sales and achieve targets.
Promote company products/services by clearly articulating value propositions and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and lead qualification.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and international market requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven
international voice sales experience
(minimum 6 months preferred).
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with a focus on conversions.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts depending on international time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B/B2C international sales (IT, SaaS, telecom, or service industries preferred).
Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global sales practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
