We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals with experience in
international voice-based sales
to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with international clients, understanding their requirements, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to international clients (US/UK markets).
Promote company products/services and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely follow-ups.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6 months to 4 years of experience in
international voice sales / outbound calling / B2B or B2C sales
.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong persuasive, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or sales tools.
Willingness to work
night shifts and graveyard shifts
(mandatory).
Education:
Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience can apply.
