These resources will be supporting US Client and thus are required to follow Client holidays. The discretion of granting Client or India holidays will be at Accenture's discretion. It will be business as usual for India State and National Holidays (15th Aug, 2nd Oct, 21st Oct, 1st Nov). Suppliers are advised not to coach their employees in exhausting leaves closer to contract end date.
