About the Role

We are hiring

MBA Freshers

as well as

experienced professionals (up to 2.5 years)

for our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international clients, ensuring excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Experience Required:

1. Associate Counsellor

Experience: 1 - 1.5 years (preferably in sales or counselling roles)

2. Sales Intern

Experience: MBA Freshers (0 - 6 months)

Key Highlights:

Initial Training Period: 2 months (Paid training: ₹25,000 - ?30,000) Post-Training Compensation: ₹35,000 - ?45,000 (Fixed) + Uncapped Incentives Work Mode: Work from Home

Mandatory Setup Required:

Own Laptop (Minimum: Intel Core i3 processor) Stable broadband internet connection Proper home workstation setup
