Job Title : International Voice Process Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, willingness to work in a night shift, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients. Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance on every call. Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. Update call records and maintain customer data accurately. Meet performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in a

night shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM)

. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
