We are hiring experienced professionals for the

International Voice Process

at our Kolkata, Sector 5 office. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in

international voice support

and

cold calling

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound international calls professionally and efficiently. Conduct cold calls to potential clients or customers as per the provided leads. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services. Maintain call logs, reports, and customer information accurately. Meet or exceed call and conversion targets set by the team. Follow communication scripts and adapt to various customer profiles.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in

international voice process

or

cold calling

is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to handle rejections and objections calmly and positively. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Willingness to work in night shifts (if required). Must be a resident of Kolkata or nearby areas.
