Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information promptly.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Document call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet individual and team targets related to call quality, resolution time, and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
in an international voice process role.
Strong command over
English
(spoken and written) is mandatory.
Prior experience in
international customer handling
is required.
Ability to handle pressure and meet performance metrics.
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from our
Salt Lake Sector 5
office.
