. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious aviation brand and deliver high-quality customer service to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally for international passengers. Assist customers with

flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and upgrades

. Resolve queries related to

baggage, check-in, refunds, and flight status

efficiently. Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system. Provide

first-call resolution

and ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to quality and compliance standards as per airline protocols. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required. Promote airline services, deals, and loyalty programs during customer interactions. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English

with a neutral accent (mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

, including night shifts.
