Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service.
Record customer interactions and update systems timely.
Meet defined service levels and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
Education:
12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process (mandatory).
Skills:
Excellent spoken & written English, problem-solving ability, customer-focused approach.
Flexible to work in
rotational night shifts (US timings)
